Dental Scholarship

We are offering a scholarship, in the amount of $1,526, to students seeking a degree in dentistry. The scholarship is awarded to a student meeting the eligibility requirements below and who submits the required documents by December 31, 2018.

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• A U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• Admission to dental school or a dental residency program
• GPA above 3.0 (Cumulative)

Application Requirements

• A personal statement outlining each candidate’s eligibility
• Proof of enrollment in dental school or a dental residency program
• Copy of school transcripts
• A personal essay – Candidates must submit an essay, 500-2,000 words in length, stating why they are passionate about dentistry and where they envision themselves in 10 years
