We provide marketing services for the advertiser websites you have visited, and we offer certain tools that allow them to evaluate the effectiveness of our services. Once you click on the links for our advertiser, you may be redirected to a page or website. Any forms on that website are emailed directly to the advertiser. Any phone numbers the connected to the advertiser as well. This way, we help advertiser know which calls, emails or visits to the website are the result of our services.

Collected Information
We may collect certain personally identifiable information (PII). Once you submit a form to our advertiser, that lead form may be routed to our advertiser's email address. We may collect the information on that form. Also, when you contact the advertiser by calling a phone number provisioned for our advertiser by us, we may collect your name and phone number. We may also record the conversation quality assurance purposes and to track the performance and effectiveness of our services. You will be notified before the conversation begins if your conversation is being recorded. We keep this information in our advertiser's account to help them evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing services.

Use of PII
If you provide us with PII, we may keep the information to evaluate the performance of our services. We also may use the information to ensure compliance with our policies. We will not sell or share your information with any unaffiliated third parties. Neither will we use your information for any future communication with you, via email or otherwise.

Use of PII by Advertiser
Any PII that you provide may also be retained and maintained by the advertiser, in which case it is subject to the advertiser's privacy policy. We do not have control over how the advertiser uses any information provided through your submitted form or phone calls. Any questions or concerns regarding the treatment of information by the advertiser may be referred to the advertiser.

Share of Your PII
If we use any other businesses to perform certain services for us, we may provide them with any PII when that information is necessary to complete a request. We will take steps to ensure that these businesses are obligated to protect PII on our behalf. We reserve the right to disclose PII in certain circumstances when we have reason to believe that this action is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may intentionally or unintentionally be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. We also reserve the right to disclose visitor information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
